读数不显示

请在 iPhone／iPad 的系统设置中允许 App 使用期间访问位置；精确位置有助于测量。气压计、指南针等读数取决于设备支持。没有可用数据时显示“—”。地图与地址解析需要网络。

指南针与海拔读数有偏差

请远离磁铁、金属及其它磁场干扰源，并在开阔位置等待定位更新。可点击首页刷新按钮重试。参考 App 显示的精度及数据状态；旧读数会淡化显示。读数为设备传感器和定位服务的测量结果，不应作为救援或专业测绘依据。

免费与购买

首次打开 App 后可免费试用全部罗盘 3 天（连续 72 小时），无需预先付款且不会自动扣费。试用到期后可继续使用极简罗盘；简约、经典、指针、航向和地图罗盘需一次性购买永久解锁，无周期订阅。其它现有基础功能免费。

恢复购买

使用原购买 Apple 账户登录 App Store，进入 App 设置，点击“恢复购买”。若未找到记录，请核对购买时使用的账户，并检查网络。退款可访问 https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ 。

Altitude Compass Support

Allow location access while using the app in system Settings. Readings depend on device capabilities and environmental conditions; unavailable readings display “—”. Maps and address lookup require a network connection.

For inaccurate compass readings, move away from magnets and metal. For altitude, wait for a fresh location fix in an open area and check the displayed accuracy and freshness. Tap refresh to request new readings. This app is not a substitute for rescue equipment or professional surveying instruments.

All compass styles are available for a free 3-day (72-hour) trial starting when you first open the app. No upfront payment is required and the trial does not charge you automatically. After the trial, the minimal compass remains free; a single non-consumable purchase permanently unlocks the other five styles, without a recurring subscription. Other existing basic features remain free.

To restore, sign in to the App Store with the original purchasing Apple Account, then open app Settings and tap Restore Purchases. For refunds, visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ .
